Junior Accountant – Job Description

Location: Pithampur (Sector 1 / Industrial Area)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Benefits: Bus Facility Provided

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations.
The candidate should have hands-on experience in GST, TDS, Income Tax, and basic accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP.

• Handle GST: preparation, return filing, reconciliations.

• Manage TDS: deduction, compliance, and return filing.

• Prepare vendor bills, purchase/sales entries, and bank reconciliations.

• Maintain records of invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents.

• Support senior accountant in month-end closing.

• Coordinate with internal teams for accounting data and queries.

Requirements

• B.Com / M.Com or relevant qualification.

• 2 years of experience in accounting (GST, TDS & Income Tax experience required).

• Basic knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
