Job Description
Daily Transaction Management :
- Record all sales and purchase entries.
- Manage bank and cash receipts and payments.
- Process and reconcile credit notes and debit notes.
- Maintain party ledgers and ensure accurate entry.
Conduct bank reconciliation regularly to align records.
Manage and generate e-way bills.
Handle e-invoicing requirements in compliance.
Coordinate with auditors during audits.
Ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation.
Inventory Accounting - Managing and valuing inventory and cost of goods sold (COGS).
