🔹 Work:

ROC filings & company incorporation

Drafting of resolutions & legal documents

Secretarial compliance under the Companies Act, 2013

Filing of Income Tax Returns (ITR)

Handling GST registrations & returns

FSSAI registration and related compliance

🔹 Qualification: CS Executive passed (preferably pursuing Professional)

🔹 Stipend: As per ICSI norms / Negotiable based on skill
