Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting tasks, financial transactions, and reporting processes. The ideal candidate should have sound knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and financial regulations in India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update day-to-day financial records and accounting systems.

• Create and manage sales, purchase, and expense invoices.

• Handle journal entries, payment entries, and contra entries.

• Prepare and manage GST filings, TDS deductions, and returns.

• Conduct bank reconciliation and maintain petty cash records.

• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.

• Generate and analyze financial reports for internal use.

• Coordinate with auditors and support statutory compliance.

• Use Excel tools (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) for data analysis.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.

• 2–4 years of accounting experience (preferably in a manufacturing/warehouse setup).

• Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting software.

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian financial regulations.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.
