Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial operations, ensure compliance, and support business growth in the EV Batteries, Visa Facilitation service provider , and Manufacturing sector. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and assisting in financial planning aligned with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger.

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly closing.

• Monitor cost accounting for manufacturing processes, raw materials, and finished goods.

• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.

• Handle vendor payments, bank reconciliations, and financial audits.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

• Collaborate with operations and procurement teams to ensure cost efficiency.

• Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.

• Implement accounting policies and internal controls as per company standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Professional certification (CA/Inter CA/CMA) preferred.

• 3–6 years of experience in accounting, preferably in manufacturing, EV Mobility, Visa Facilitation Service Provider sector.

• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP/SAP/other ERP systems.

• Familiarity with GST, TDS, and compliance in India.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Key Competencies

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing cost structures.

• Ability to adapt to evolving EV & Renewable Energy, Visa Facilitation service provider industry trends.

• Good communication and team collaboration skills.
