Role Overview:
We’re hiring an Assistant Manager – Accounts to oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and cost control. This is a key role supporting our financial health and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Finalize accounts and prepare monthly financials (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)

• Manage GST, TDS, and income tax filings

• Track inventory, cost variances, and raw material consumption

• Coordinate audits and ensure tax/regulatory compliance

• Improve processes using ERP tools (Tally/SAP)

• Supervise junior accounts staff

Candidate Profile:
🎓 Education: B.Com/M.Com, MBA (Finance), CA/CMA preferred
📈 Experience: 5+ years in accounting; manufacturing/FMCG preferred
🛠 Skills: ERP systems (Tally/SAP), Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), Tax Compliance
