We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing & Invoicing Executive with experience in Tally and MS Excel. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate invoices and quotations, maintaining billing records, and ensuring timely follow-up with clients. Strong communication skills via phone and email are essential for handling client queries and coordinating with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate and manage invoices and quotations using Tally and MS Excel
• Maintain accurate billing records and ensure timely updates
• Communicate effectively with clients via calls and emails regarding payments and queries
• Coordinate with the sales and accounts teams for smooth processing
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
Requirements:
• Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
