Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team in Pipodara -Kim Surat, Gujarat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations. The role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in accounting software, and the ability to manage day-to-day financial operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records and ledgers

• Handle accounts payable and receivable

• Generate invoices, quotations, and credit-Debit notes

•  Purchase Billing entry , transport bill entry ,journal entry in tally

• Reconcile bank statements and vendor & customer accounts

• Generate Outstanding Payment Message and send by Software and by Message
  to customers.

• Ensure timely billing and follow-up on payments

• Stock Management in Software

• Payable taxes calculation & Report : GST ,TDS

• Support internal and external audits

• Maintain accurate records for compliance and reporting

• Assist in monthly closing and preparing MIS reports

• Create reports for sales and purchase Monthly/Yearly

• Manage payroll processing

• Coordinate with CA, vendors, and internal departments

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (B.Com/M.Com)

• 2–5 years of experience in a similar role

• Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software

• Knowledge of e-Invoicing , Eway bill and digital tax filing platforms

• Knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other Indian financial regulations

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• High level of integrity and attention to detail

• Good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary:

₹ 10000 to 15000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications)
