Job Title: Accounts Executive
Experience: 6 Months to 1 Year
Location: Paschim Vihar, New Delhi
Salary Range: ₹5,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive to join our finance team. This role is ideal for candidates with basic accounting experience who are eager to grow in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and documentation

• Prepare and update Excel spreadsheets for financial reporting and analysis

• Assist with invoice processing, purchase entries, and ledger maintenance

• Support in bank reconciliations and petty cash management

• Ensure timely data entry and accuracy in all financial transactions

• Assist senior accounts staff in periodic closing activities

• Coordinate with internal departments for financial information

Must-Have Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)

• Good communication skills (written and verbal)

• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Basic understanding of VAT, GST, and other tax regulations

• Exposure to accounting software like Tally, Busy, Zoho Books, or similar

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field

• 6 months to 1 year of relevant accounting experience
