Position Overview:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Executive (Female) who is experienced in handling day-to-day accounting tasks and financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting entries and bookkeeping

• Create and maintain invoices, bills, and payment records

• Use accounting software like Tally for all transactions

• Handle bank reconciliation, GST, TDS, and basic compliance

• Maintain accurate financial documentation and reports

• Coordinate with clients and vendors regarding payments

• Support audit and reporting activities when needed

Requirements:

• B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification

• Minimum 1 year of accounting experience

• Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel

• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation

• Good communication and organizational skills

Work Timing:

🕘 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
