Job Title: Accounts Payable Executive

Experience: 6 months to 2 years

Reports to: Finance Manager/Accounts Payable Manager

Department: Finance/Accounts Payable

Location: Greater Noida

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.

2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records, including vendor statements and payment history.

3. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls related to accounts payable.

4. Reconcile vendor statements, resolve discrepancies, and investigate any issues.

5. Process payments to vendors, including checks, electronic funds transfers (EFTs), and other payment methods.

6. Maintain relationships with vendors, responding to inquiries and resolving payment issues.

7. Assist in managing vendor master file, ensuring accurate and complete vendor information.

8. Participate in month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate accounts payable accruals and reconciliations.

9. Prepare and analyze accounts payable aging reports, identifying and addressing potential issues.

10. Implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance controls.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable, preferably in a manufacturing or corporate environment.

3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, including GAAP.

4. Proficient in accounting software.

5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.

7. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

Skills:

1. Accounting software proficiency (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks)

2. AP automation tools (e.g., (link unavailable), Paymerang)

3. Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
