Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Field Accountant based in Bengaluru. The Field Accountant will be responsible for daily financial transactions, managing cash flow, and maintaining financial records. They will conduct audits, prepare financial reports, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. The role involves regular interaction with society admins, management committee members, and residents to address financial queries and provide support. Additionally, the Field Accountant will collaborate with other departments to optimize financial processes.

Qualifications

• Financial Accounting, Cash Flow Management, and Financial Reporting skills

• Experience in conducting audits and ensuring regulatory compliance

• Proficiency in using accounting software and financial management tools

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently

• Experience in property management or community management is a plus
