Job Description:

ND CARE NIROGAM PVT. LTD. is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant (Manager Level) to join our team at our Amritsar office. This role is crucial in overseeing financial operations, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with applicable tax laws and accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and ledger maintenance.

• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.

• Ensure accurate and timely filing of tax returns (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.) and compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Monitor and manage cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting.

• Coordinate with auditors during audits and support with documentation and clarifications.

• Maintain financial confidentiality and secure storage/backup of all financial records.

• Provide strategic financial insights to management for decision-making.
  

Requirements:

• Qualification: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Experience: Minimum 4–7 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial management.

• Solid knowledge of Indian tax laws, GST, TDS, and other regulatory requirements.

• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, etc.) and MS Excel.

• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.

• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
