JOB Description
Account Executive
Manage the Accounts process, Payroll handling , verifying data, and ensuring accurate and timely payment of employees.
Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve accounts and data maintenance.
Provide support for audits related to Bills.
Communicate with vendors , take follow up.
Calculation of salary properly and timely payments of Bills .
Maintain accurate accounts records and prepare reports for management and regulatory agencies.
Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner..
Bill payments , cheques and cash Management and checking in-outwards materials.
Vendors co-ordination, follow ups, vendor management and development.
Sales and purchase data management.
Communicate with employees regarding payroll-related inquiries and issues.
Assist with other accounting and finance functions as needed.
