📌 Job Summary

The accountant is responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and tax regulations. This role supports strategic decision-making by providing timely and reliable financial insights.

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Financial Transactions & Bookkeeping

  • Record daily financial transactions with accuracy and transparency

  • Maintain ledgers for accounts payable and receivable

  • Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts

• Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)

  • Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis

  • Report on financial health, liquidity, and operational efficiency

• Compliance & Audits

  • Ensure adherence to GAAP/IFRS standards

  • Prepare and file tax returns and statutory reports

  • Support internal and external audits with required documentation

• Operational Support

• Coordinate with vendors and clients for payment follow-ups

• Assist in financial approvals and documentation workflows

• Maintain confidentiality and backup of financial data
