Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage financial operations, ensure compliance, and contribute to overall financial efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with accounting systems, and a solid understanding of taxation and financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including ledger maintenance, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports

• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements

• Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities

• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

• Support the finance team in streamlining and improving accounting systems and processes

• Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field (CA Inter/ICWA/MBA Finance preferred)

• 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in accounting and finance

• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks, SAP)

• Strong knowledge of Indian taxation laws (GST, TDS) and regulatory compliance

• Excellent Excel and data analysis skills

• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
