We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to manage financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with accounting principles. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting practices and proficiency in MS Excel.
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and entries in the system
Prepare and maintain financial reports such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, etc.
Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payment follow-ups
Bank reconciliation and monitoring of bank transactions
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closings
Monitor and manage petty cash and company expenses
Support internal and external audits
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
