Key Responsibilities:

Maintain physical and digital employee and administrative files systematically.
Track and manage monthly cash flow related to HR/Admin expenses.
Prepare and analyze MIS reports for HR and plant management.
Maintain ledgers for HR expenses, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Coordinate with vendors and departments for timely follow-ups on documentation and payments.
Support payroll inputs and attendance management.
Assist in compliance documentation and audits as required.
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and support internal communication.

Strong follow-up and coordination skills
Working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting basics

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, HR, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)
4–5 years of experience in HR/Admin roles, preferably in a manufacturing plan
