Position: Accounts Executive
Location: Govandi, Mumbai
Salary: ₹3 – ₹4 LPA

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records. The ideal candidate should have experience in reconciliations, tax compliance, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform Bank Reconciliation on a regular basis.

Carry out Vendor Reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.

Handle TDS calculation, deduction, and filing.

Manage GST returns, payments, and compliance.

Prepare and maintain Debtor Reports for management review.

Oversee Billing processes and ensure timely invoicing.

Maintain and update Ledgers accurately.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting or related field.

2–4 years of relevant accounting experience.

Proficiency in accounting software (Tally / ERP systems).

Strong knowledge of TDS, GST, and other statutory compliance.

Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
