We are urgently looking for an Accounts Executive to manage our accounts operations in Chennai. The candidate should be fluent in Tamil & English and available to join immediately.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting activities

• Bill processing, cheque preparation, and bank transactions

• Regular visits to the bank and coordination with bank officials

• Manage railway bill submissions and coordinate with railway offices

• Liaise with Head Office and Accounts Head for financial reporting

• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all accounting operations

🔹 Candidate Profile

• Graduate in Commerce / Accounts background preferred

• 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience

• Strong communication skills in Tamil & English

• Hands-on experience with billing, cheque preparation, and banking activities

• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)

• Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders
