We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial records in our transport operations. Responsibilities include handling daily accounts, maintaining ledgers, managing invoices, processing payments, and preparing financial reports. The candidate should have knowledge of transport billing, fuel tracking, and trip-wise expense management.
Maintain day-to-day accounts and ledgers
Manage billing and payment tracking for transport services
Record trip expenses, driver advances, and settlements
Monitor fuel usage and prepare cost reports
Reconcile bank and cash statements
Assist in monthly financial reporting and audits
Coordinate with operations and logistics teams for expense documentation
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com or equivalent
Experience: 1–3 years in accounts (preferably in transport/logistics)
Skills: Tally, Excel, GST knowledge, basic transport terminology
Strong attention to detail and timely reporting
