Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant with 2–3 years of experience in banking operations, payment processing, and accounting functions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in RTGS/NEFT transactions, vendor payments, bank reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records. Strong knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and banking processes is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily accounting and banking operations.
Process RTGS, NEFT, IMPS, and other online banking transactions.
Handle vendor payments and ensure timely settlement of dues.
Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
Monitor cash flow and maintain accurate financial records.
Coordinate with banks for account-related activities and transaction issues.
Prepare and maintain accounting reports, vouchers, and supporting documents.
Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Maintain proper documentation and records for audit purposes.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of banking operations and fund transfers.
Experience in bank reconciliation and payment processing.
Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel.
Good understanding of accounting principles and financial transactions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
