Job Title: Accountant & Front Office Executive (Billing & Cash Flow Management)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to handle accounting and front office operations. The ideal candidate will manage the company’s financial records, billing, and cash flow, while also attending to front desk responsibilities. Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Finance:

• Maintain accurate books of accounts (day-to-day entries, ledgers, etc.)

• Manage and monitor company cash flow and petty cash

• Handle monthly/quarterly/yearly account reconciliation

• Assist in preparing financial reports and summaries

• Coordinate with external accountants or auditors as needed

Billing & Invoicing:

• Create and manage billing sheets and invoices for clients

• Ensure timely billing and follow-up on pending payments

• Maintain records of all transactions, invoices, and receipts

• Generate billing reports for management

Front Office & Admin:

• Greet and assist visitors and clients at the front desk

• Answer and route incoming calls and emails

• Manage daily administrative tasks related to office operations

• Maintain documentation and filing systems (digital and physical)

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping

• Hands-on experience with MS Excel and Google Sheets

• Ability to create and manage billing templates and reports

• Good communication and organisational skills

• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

• Familiarity with basic office equipment and front desk operations
