Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and experience in managing day-to-day financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting transactions, including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations.

• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, and ensure timely processing of invoices and payments.

• Monitor and ensure compliance with statutory laws and regulations such as GST, TDS, and income tax filings.

• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.

• Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.

• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

• Use accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks) for data entry and reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 2 to 4 years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or service sector environment.

• Proficient in Tally or other accounting software.

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other applicable tax regulations.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred:

• Experience working in a service-oriented company.

• Knowledge of Zoho Books or ERP systems.
