Job Description: Accounts (Back Office)
Location: Shilaj, Ahmedabad
Experience: 6 months to 3 years
Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented candidate for a back office role in basic accounting. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting principles and experience in data entry, invoice processing, and maintaining financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling day-to-day accounting entries (purchase, sales, expenses, receipts, payments)
Maintaining records of bills, vouchers, and supporting documents
Reconciling bank statements and ledgers
Assisting in GST, TDS data preparation
Coordinating with the accountant/auditor for periodic reports
Managing filing and documentation tasks
Requirements:
6 months to 3 years of relevant experience
Basic knowledge of Tally or any accounting software
Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
Good communication and organizational skills
Preferred Qualification:
B.Com or related degree
