Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Shift Timing: 10 A.M – 6:30 P.M

Key Skills Required

• Proficient in Tally ERP (must have hands-on knowledge of account entries in Tally)

• knowledge of GST filing, compliance & GST bill generation

• Proficient in MS Office & MS Excel

• Experience in payment ledger management

• Good communication & coordination skills

Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP.

• Generate GST bills and manage related documentation.

• Handle bank reconciliations, petty cash, and vendor payments.

• Prepare data for GST & TDS records maintain, compliance knowledge as per pvt. Ltd. Company.

• Maintain books of accounts, vouchers, payment ledgers, and supporting documents.

• Coordinate with vendors and manage accounts payable/receivable.

• Ensure timely billing, invoicing, and collection follow-ups.

• Meet and coordinate with the CA for filing and audit requirements.

• Exposure to Zoho software for accounting and financial reporting.
