Responsibilities

• Accounting and Bookkeeping: Manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger entries.

• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, such as Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss Statements, and Cash Flow Statements.

• Tax and Statutory Compliance: Calculate and file all relevant taxes like GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ensure statutory compliance.

• Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations.

• Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.

• Audit Preparation: Prepare necessary documents and information for internal and external audits.

• Record Management: Organize and maintain all financial records and documents securely.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's (B.Com) or Master's (M.Com) degree in Commerce.

• Experience: 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in the accounting field.

• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Tally, SAP, or other popular accounting software.

• Analytical Ability: The ability to analyze financial data and solve financial problems.

• Communication Skills: Proficient in both written and verbal communication.

• Personal Attributes: Responsible, honest, and able to complete work within deadlines.
