Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage daily accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting activities (Sales, Purchase, Expenses, Payments, Receipts).

• Prepare and update Ledgers, Journal Entries, and Trial Balance.

• Handle GST filing, TDS calculations, and monthly returns.

• Prepare Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss statement, and other financial reports.

• Manage Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable.

• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.

• Coordinate with auditors for annual audit.

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

• Maintain proper documentation and records as per company standards.

• Ensure timely vendor payments and follow-up for outstanding receivables.
