Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial transactions, ensure compliance with accounting regulations, and support financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and examine financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

• Manage accounts payable and receivable.

• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations.

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.

• Maintain and update general ledger accounts.

• Process payroll and related tax filings.

• Assist with budgeting and forecasting.

• Prepare tax returns and ensure timely filing.

• Monitor internal controls and suggest improvements.

• Liaise with auditors during internal and external audits.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar role (typically 2–5 years depending on level).

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero, or similar).

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.

• CPA certification (preferred but not always required).
