Job Title: Accountant

Location: Gurgaon, Sector 19, Phase 5

Salary: Up to ₹20,000/- In-hand

Experience Required: Minimum 1+ Year

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant with hands-on experience in Tally and Advanced Excel. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting activities, maintaining financial records, and supporting the finance team with accurate reporting and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day accounting.

Maintain sales, purchase, payment, and receipt entries in Tally

Prepare invoices, vouchers, and financial reports

Reconcile bank statements and accounts regularly

Maintain proper records of expenses and transactions

Prepare MIS reports using Advanced Excel

Coordinate with internal departments for financial documentation

Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial data

Required Skills:

Good knowledge of Tally ERP

Strong command of Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Formulas, MIS Reporting)

Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles

Good communication and organizational skills

Attention to detail and accuracy in work
