Job Summary:

The Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and maintaining accurate records of all company accounts. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and a good understanding of taxation and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts (Tally/Excel/ERP).

• Prepare and verify financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, and ensure timely payments and collections.

• Handle petty cash, vouchers, and daily expense entries.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• File GST, TDS, and other statutory returns as per government regulations.

• Assist in payroll processing and employee reimbursement accounting.

• Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors.

• Ensure all accounting activities comply with company policies and statutory laws.

• Support management with budget planning and cost analysis.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Proven experience (1–3 years) as an Accountant or in a similar role.

• Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.

• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic tax laws.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or certification (CA Inter / CMA / MBA Finance).

• Experience in corporate or project-based accounting.

• Balance Sheet Prepare , Audit , GST File Return

Work Schedule:

• Office Time: 9:30 AM to [Office Closing Time]

• Work Days: Monday to Saturday
