About the Company

Icoship Maritime Pvt. Ltd., incorporated in 2024, is a growing player in the maritime services sector. We are looking for a proactive professional to manage both accounting and administrative functions, supporting our Chartered Accountant and the management team.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts & Compliance

• Prepare and maintain day-to-day accounts, ledgers, and vouchers.

• File GST returns, TDS returns, and assist with ITR preparation.

• Maintain all records required for audits and compliance.

• Coordinate with the company’s CA for statutory filings and compliance.

• Handle vendor payments, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking.

Administration

• Manage office operations, supplies, and vendor coordination.

• Handle travel arrangements, courier, and other logistical tasks.

• Maintain company documentation, contracts, and employee records.

• Support management in scheduling, meeting arrangements, and follow-ups.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting or related field.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in accounts and admin roles.

• Knowledge of GST filing, TDS, ITR preparation is mandatory.

• Proficiency in Tally ERP / Zoho Books / MS Excel.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
