Job description – Accounts Executive

• Managing Day to Day Accounts Payable.

• Monitor and escalate to management on Accounts Receivable.

• Preparing Budgeted Fund Flow and highlight to the management managing Working Capital

• Accounts Payable – Reconcile ledgers and make payments to the vendors and preparation of Statement of Accounts on monthly basis.

• Account Receivables Ageing analysis

• Keeping track of Materials, Services, and Monthly Expenses related Payment process.

• Monitoring Budget VS Actual expenses and payment authorization.

• Preparation of Monthly Bank Reconciliation Statement.

• Preparation statements for auditor for finalizing the accounts and tax returns

• Finalization of Accounts & Solving Audit Queries…

• GL, Vendor Reconciliation, Ageing & Balance Sheet Report

• Ensuring Statutory compliance (GST Filing / TDS Filing, PF, ESI / PT)

• Review MIS Report

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Fresher’s or 2-3 years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally) and Microsoft Excel.

• Good understanding of tax laws and financial regulations.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Candidate should be able to communicate in English, Hindi, Telugu.
