Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with a strong background in automobile dealership accounting to manage the end-to-end financial operations of our two-wheeler showroom in Okhla. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with showroom accounts, billing, inventory, GST, and Tally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounts and financial records of the showroom

• Manage billing, invoicing, and cash handling from vehicle sales and service

• Handle GST filing, TDS, and other statutory compliances

• Reconcile bank statements, vendor payments, and receivables

• Maintain inventory and stock accounting of vehicles and spare parts

• Manage accounts payable and receivable ledgers

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

• Coordinate with auditors and CA for tax and audit-related matters

• Monitor showroom expenses, vendor payments, and petty cash

• Ensure compliance with showroom ERP/accounting software (Tally or similar)

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 6 years of accounting experience in a two-wheeler or automobile showroom

• Proficient in Tally, MS Excel, and showroom ERP systems

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory returns

• Accuracy in financial entries and strong analytical ability

• Good communication skills and ability to work independently

• Familiar with showroom accounting cycle including RTO charges, insurance, service billing
