About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting project-wise financial tracking and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate books of accounts for multiple real estate projects

Handle day-to-day financial transactions including billing, client invoicing, vendor payments, and bank reconciliation

Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns in a timely manner

Manage accounts receivable/payable and follow up on outstanding payments

Assist in the preparation of project cost sheets, budgets, and MIS reports

Coordinate with external auditors during financial and tax audits

Ensure adherence to RERA, accounting standards, and internal company policies

Reconcile customer ledgers and support the sales team with financial documentation

Key Skills & Competencies:

Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting/ERP software

Strong understanding of GST, TDS, RERA compliance, and real estate taxation

Accuracy and attention to detail in financial data handling

Good communication and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple projects/accounts simultaneously

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com)

Prior experience in a real estate, construction, or infrastructure company preferred
