Accountant

BJR Creations is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to manage daily accounting operations and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in Taxation, TDS, and GST Filing with good knowledge of financial reporting and accounting software.

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, compliance, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in healthcare or service-based accounting and strong knowledge of taxation and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily books of accounts (Cash, Bank, Ledger, Journal entries)

• Handle billing, receipts, payments, and expense tracking

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

• Manage GST compliance – filing returns, reconciliation & documentation

• Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and timely filings

• Maintain payroll processing, salary sheets, and employee reimbursements

• Perform bank reconciliation statements (BRS) regularly

• Coordinate with CA/auditors for audits and statutory compliance

• Maintain proper documentation and financial records

• Monitor clinic-wise income & expenses and MIS reporting

• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com); M.Com preferred

• 2–5 years of experience as an Accountant (Healthcare experience is a plus)

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance

• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Busy, or similar)

• Good knowledge of MS Excel & financial reporting

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

• Experience in healthcare, clinic, or wellness industry

• Knowledge of inventory & vendor management

• Good communication and coordination skills
