Salary & Payroll:
Process monthly employee salaries in compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.)
Maintain and update payroll records and salary registers
Appraisal & Compensation Accounting:
Support HR and management in financial calculations related to appraisals
Apply revised salary structures after appraisals and maintain historical salary records
B2B Accounting & Reconciliation:
Handle accounts payable and receivable for B2B clients and vendors
Generate invoices and ensure timely follow-up on payments
