Job Description

• Maintains all the transaction of the Expenses & Income in Tally ERP 9 and Tally Prime, even maintaining transactions for the payment of TDS, 

• Preparing Invoices for Sales, Installation, AMC, Performa Invoices etc in tally as well as in excel on basis of Delivery Note, Purchase Order, Receipt Note, and Delivery Challan given by Store Department.

• Maintaining proper tracks with payments of Due Dates & Dues Out.

• Preparing Bank Reconciliation, handling petty cash, preparing debit vouchers, passing necessary journal entries.

·        Handling parties enquiries and grievances for their payments.

·        Quarterly preparation of GST 3B & GSTR 1

·        Preference to candidates residing between Kandivali, Borivali, Malad, Dahisar.
