Accountant cum Sales Manager

About Us

We operate 3 companies - a craft platform, a resort in Uttarakhand, and a land holding company. We need someone to handle both accounting and sales.

Your Job (Two Roles in One)

Accounting Work:

• Maintain books in ZOHO Books and Tally daily

• File GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) on time

• Handle TDS and income tax matters

• Prepare monthly P&L and Balance Sheet

• Bank reconciliation and payment processing

Sales Work:

• Find new clients and close deals

• Manage existing client relationships

• Follow up for payment collection

• Meet monthly sales targets

• Track leads and sales pipeline

Must Have:

• 3+ years experience in BOTH accounting and sales

• ZOHO Books knowledge (mandatory)

• Tally experience (required)

• GST filing experience (must know GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)

• TDS knowledge

• Good at Excel

• Proven sales track record

We Offer:

• Salary Band: ₹20,000-35,000 per month

• Sales incentives extra

• 6 days a week (office-based)

• Direct reporting to management

Main Responsibilities:

1. Ensure timely GST and tax compliance without penalties

2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts daily

3. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets consistently

4. Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collections

5. Submit monthly financial reports within first week of month
