Job Title: Accounts Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage and maintain our company's financial records. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in GST returns, income tax filing, balance sheet finalization, and day-to-day accounting tasks including sales and purchase billing.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, annual return).
Assist in the preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns for the company.
Handle finalization of accounts including balance sheet preparation.
Record and manage sales and purchase bills accurately in accounting software.
Reconcile bank statements, vendor and customer ledgers.
Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements related to finance and accounts.
Assist external auditors during audits and provide required data.
Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting and finance.
Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, and TDS regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally.
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
B.Com/M.Com or equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance.
Preferred:
Experience in working with CA firms or in a mid-sized company.
Knowledge of e-way bills, ROC filings, and payroll processing will be an added advantage.
