Job Title: Accounts Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive who will be responsible for managing daily accounting tasks, GST filings, and overall financial documentation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally ERP and good knowledge of GST returns including R1 & 3B.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Perform day-to-day accounting operations using Tally ERP (Tally 9 / Tally Prime).

·         Manage accounts payable and receivable, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.

·         Prepare and file GST returns, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B, on the GST portal.

·         Prepare, verify, and file TDS returns (such as Form 24Q, 26Q) within statutory deadlines.

·         Generate TDS challans and ensure timely payment of deducted TDS amounts.

·         Assist in preparation of Form 16 / 16A and ensure compliance with quarterly TDS filings.

·         Reconcile TDS and GST returns with books and handle discrepancies or notices, if any.

·         Maintain proper documentation and backup of tax filings and financial statements.

·         Support audits and coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audit requirements.

·         Assist with month-end closing and preparation of financial reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.

• 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles.

• Proficiency in Tally ERP (Tally 9 or Tally Prime) is mandatory.

• Sound knowledge of GST laws and return filing processes.

• Experience in preparing GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and reconciling with books.

• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and basic accounting principles.

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Graduate in Commerce B.Com or M.Com
