Job Summary:

Chamunda Fabchem is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to handle day-to-day accounting activities. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Tally, MS Excel, and working knowledge of accounting in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime

• Prepare and manage outstanding lists of debtors and creditors

• Handle petty cash and day-to-day expense tracking

• Coordinate with clients and vendors via email communication

• Maintain salary registers and employee records in MS Excel

• Raise Invoices, E-way Bills, Delivery Challans, Purchase Orders, and Work Orders

• Assist in finalization of accounts in coordination with the Chartered Accountant

• Maintain and update stock records regularly in Excel

• Ensure compliance with basic GST and TDS requirements

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Tally (mandatory)

• Good command over MS Excel and basic documentation

• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance

• Ability to work independently and take ownership

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or trading company is preferred

• Good communication and email handling skills
