We are seeking a detail-oriented, experienced, and highly motivated Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records, preparing financial reports, managing budgets, and maintaining compliance with all applicable regulations and policies.

Key Responsibilities :

Financial Record Keeping :

Accurately record financial transactions.

Maintain and reconcile accounts.

Prepare and maintain financial statements (e.g., balance sheets, income statements).

Financial Analysis and Reporting :

Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.

Prepare reports and forecasts for management and stakeholders.

Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting.

Compliance and Auditing:

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Perform audits to verify financial records.

Assist with tax preparation and compliance.

Financial Advice and Support:

Provide financial advice to management to support decision-making.

Help develop and implement financial policies and procedures.

Manage payroll functions.

Other Duties :

Reconcile bank statements.

Review contracts and process payments.

Examine financial discrepancies.

Consult management on financial strategy.

Guide investments, mergers, and acquisitions.
