Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage the financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with statutory regulations. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and statements.

Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable and receivable.

Handle bank reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger postings.

Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Coordinate with auditors for annual audits and provide required documentation.

Monitor expenses and suggest cost-saving measures.

Maintain confidentiality of financial data.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree or professional certifications like CA/ICWA/CPA preferred).

Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or ERP systems) and MS Excel.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary Range: 15000 to 40000
