Key Responsibilities:
Accounting:
Managing daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
Preparing and analyzing financial statements, budgets, and reports.
Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Reconciling bank statements and maintaining accurate financial records.
Potentially handling payroll processing and related documentation.
Customer Relations:
Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively.
Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
Identifying and addressing customer needs and concerns.
Providing product information and support to customers.
General Administrative Tasks:
