Job Title: Accounts Executive / Sr. Accountant

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive / Accountant to manage the company's financial records and compliance requirements. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in GST, TDS, ITR filing, and end-to-end accounting. Proficiency in Tally Prime, Tally ERP9, and MS Excel is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Accounting: Maintain accurate financial records, handle day-to-day accounting tasks, and manage ledgers, journals, and bank reconciliations, ledger reconciliation.

• GST Filing: Prepare and file monthly/quarterly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), manage input tax credit and reconciliation.

• TDS Filing: Ensure timely deduction and deposit of TDS, prepare TDS returns, and generate Form 16/16A.

• Professional Tax: Calculate and deposit professional tax as per state regulations and ensure timely filings.

• ITR Filing: Assist in the preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns for individuals and the organization.

• Tally Software: Use Tally Prime and Tally ERP9 for bookkeeping, invoicing, tax computation, and financial reporting.

• Excel Reporting: Prepare financial reports, MIS, and data analysis using MS Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).

• Compliance & Audit Support: Ensure statutory compliance and assist with internal/external audits as required.

Key Skills:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation

• Proficiency in Tally Prime, Tally ERP9, and MS Excel

• Experience in GST, TDS, ITR filing, and Professional Tax

• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines

Qualifications:

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or related field

• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience

Salary - 25% hike on current CTC depends on experience and knowledge.

I have opening in Goregaon east, Andheri east and Vashi Mumbai location

immediate joiner or max 30 days notice period can apply

Working Days

6 days working 2nd Saturday off | 10 am to 6:30 pm
