We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented male accountant to manage our financial records, vendor payments, and internal accounts with precision and integrity.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a trustworthy and meticulous Accountant (Male) to oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensure financial accuracy, and manage billing, reconciliation, and reporting processes. The ideal candidate should be proactive, punctual, and able to handle the unique financial needs of a hospitality/events business.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update daily books of accounts (Tally ERP / Tally Prime preferred).
Handle accounts payable and receivable, and ensure timely vendor and client payments.
Prepare and maintain GST filings, TDS deductions, and other statutory compliance.
Bank reconciliation, cash handling, and petty cash accounting.
Prepare invoices, payment follow-ups, and monitor outstanding dues.
Maintain MIS reports related to accounts, budgets, and forecasts.
Assist in preparing financial statements and reports for internal review and audit.
Coordinate with external CA firms and auditors as required.
Ensure organized documentation and digital record-keeping.
Handle confidential financial data with discretion and integrity.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance.
2–4 years of experience in accounting, preferably in events, hospitality, or service industry.
Proficiency in Tally ERP / Prime, MS Excel, and basic accounting software.
Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
Strong command of written and verbal English and Hindi.
Must be male (due to travel and after-hours coordination during weddings).

Work Schedule:
6 Days a Week (Monday to Saturday)
Office Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (May vary during wedding/event dates)
Salary Range: 15000 to 45000 per month (based on interview)
