Key Responsibilities:

Maintain day-to-day financial records and ensure accuracy in accounting entries

Prepare and maintain books of accounts (Tally/Busy or similar software)

Manage accounts payable and receivable

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

Perform bank reconciliations

Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance and filings

Assist in internal and external audits

Monitor cash flow and budgeting

Coordinate with the head office and external consultants (e.g., CA)

Ensure timely billing, invoicing, and stock-related entries

Knowledge of Google sheet.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field (B.Com/M.Com)

2-5 years of accounting experience preferred

Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, MS Excel, Google sheet)

Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and Indian taxation laws

Attention to detail, accuracy, and good analytical skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Good communication and organizational skills
