Profile :- Accountant

Location :- Thane (west) Kasarwadali

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in accounting operations. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Tally and have strong knowledge of sales and purchase entry, along with day-to-day accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update accounting records using Tally ERP software

• Prepare and post sales invoices and purchase entries

• Reconcile bank statements and ledgers

• Manage accounts receivable and payable

• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies

• Support audits and prepare necessary documentation

• Maintain proper documentation for GST and tax-related entries

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Tally ERP (Prime preferred)

• Good understanding of accounting principles

• Experience with sales & purchase entry and invoice generation

• Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Good communication and organizational skills

Education & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field

• Certification in Tally (preferred but not mandatory)
