We are now looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team and support our expanding operations.

Position: Accountant

Location: 410, Tower 1, DLF Corporate Greens, Sector 74, Gurugram, Haryana

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and maintain all day-to-day business transactions including Sales, Purchases, Payments, Receipts, Purchase Orders, etc.

• Keep Bank Accounts updated by posting daily transactions.

• Maintain all records, documents, and files in an organized manner.

• Record all expenses, review them regularly, and track monthly expenditure.

• Prepare monthly GST data and ensure timely GST filing.

• Generate Invoices and Challans in company software on a daily basis.

• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly financial reports.

• Record and maintain stock data on a weekly basis.

• Manage Accounts Payable and perform reconciliations.

• Coordinate order dispatch, provide updates, and interact with customers when required.

• Handle office coordination tasks and assist with day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Commerce or related field.

• Experience: 0–3 years in accounting or a similar role (freshers are also welcome).

• Strong knowledge of Accounting principles, GST filing, and reconciliation.

• Proficiency in Tally / accounting software (or specify your software).

• Good communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
